Who we are
Green Marble AI, 39 Little Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia. For anything on this page, write to info@greenmarble.ai.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name and email address, and your company and message if you choose to add them. There are no accounts, no profiles and no advertising on this site, and we do not buy information about you from anyone else.
How your enquiry reaches us
When you send the form, your message is passed to Twilio SendGrid, which delivers it as an email to our inbox. It is handled by Google Workspace from there, the same as any other email we receive.
Checking you are not a robot
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated submissions. To do that, Cloudflare receives your IP address and some technical detail about your browser and the request. It does not receive your message. Cloudflare explains its own handling in its privacy policy.
What our server records
The code behind the form records whether each submission succeeded or was turned away, and records the IP address of anything sending unusually often so it can be slowed down. It does not record the contents of your message.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry stays in our inbox while we are in touch and afterwards as a record of the conversation. Ask us and we will delete it.
Who else sees it
People at Green Marble AI, and the two services named above that carry it to us. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Asking us about your information
Email info@greenmarble.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind, which is why you were never asked to accept anything.
The only exception is on the contact page:
- Cloudflare Turnstile may store a small amount of data in your browser so it can remember that its check already passed. It is used for that and nothing else.
That is the complete list.
